A state-of-the-art training and test cleanroom has been realized for the new training center of complean gmbh, serving as a platform for practical training as well as individual measurement campaigns. complean gmbh advises customers and provides training on professional behavior in controlled environments and the application of various measurement procedures.

Cleanroom Construction and Technical Infrastructure
The structural implementation of the cleanroom was carried out in close cooperation with specialized partners. Viessmann Technologies (Vitec) supplied and installed the cleanroom cabin as well as the corresponding ventilation components.
Cleanroom for Education and Testing Services
complean gmbh utilizes the cleanroom intensively for the education and consulting of its customers. In practice-oriented training sessions, participants learn everything from proper gowning and entry procedures to correct behavior within the cleanroom, clothing regulations and the detailed application of measurement and testing methods.
Furthermore, the cleanroom enables individual measurement campaigns for customers who do not have their own cleanroom infrastructure: a valuable additional service that allows for external testing under controlled conditions.
An integrated monitoring system ensures seamless documentation and tracking of all relevant environmental parameters. This illustrates to participants the direct correlation between their behavior and the resulting data logging.
Presentation and Test Operation of Cleanroom Components
The facility also functions as a showroom for complean gmbh’s expanded product and service portfolio in the field of cleanroom technology. Visitors can obtain information on various components, such as safety cabinets and the installed monitoring systems, which are presented and explained during live operation.
